View inquiry has been sent on Monday 24 Oct 2022 and I haven’t receive any emails or messages about the view rental property and now my application has been unsuccessful. Which is we did not apply online. So don’t know. What is happening….Absolutely. Not recommended to anyone….

I have 3 properties managed by Ausvision on ABNB short term stay. Before deciding to go from long term to shorterm stay I have seriously evaluated all the positives and negatives. I started with one first and the transition experience was not difficult as Ausvision were mostly assisting in providing advice and staying late at night to finalise the finishing to be in time for listing. Within a short time I have doubled my rent return. With the interest rate gradually increasing it is relieving to be in control otherwise I will need to sell the property. My experience so far with Ausvision has been fantastic . Highly recommended.

If you are looking for a Property Manager to manage your property, look no further. I had my property with the big players for many years. They were just too big. The property manager just had too many properties on her hands to give the care you seek and need. Attention and response were poor. The property was neglected and was left in a shamble after the last tenants. After transferring the management over to Aus Vision, all came together. Lucy and her great team spent a great deal of time and effort fixing up the place, which then got rented out again in no time - to carefully selected tenant. Since then the regular inspections have been a breeze. I cannot heap more praise at Aus Vision. They are a team you can trust!
